Burberry
W25
Show
Excited to share a glimpse behind the scenes of Burberry’s Winter 2025 Fashion Show a season that pushed both creativity and precision to the limit.

Project Story
As the Product Developer for MW & WW tailoring shirts and formalwear, I developed all formalwear, shirts, and the PJ line, which featured in almost every runway look, as well as the complete range of formalwear pieces, a key focus for this collection. Many of these were produced through in-house suppliers, while also managing last-minute requests from the Creative Director, each delivered without compromise.
The season demanded tight coordination across 8 suppliers on two continents, troubleshooting material delays, perfecting fit, and ensuring design integrity while meeting an accelerated schedule. The result: 100% of runway pieces delivered on time, with zero compromises on craftsmanship. Seeing them come to life under the lights, and representing tailoring at the Paris showroom for W25, was an unforgettable moment that reinforced my love for both craftsmanship and collaboration.

Creation & Deliverables
The Winter 2025 collection demanded precision, adaptability, and speed. As the Product Developer for tailoring shirts and formalwear, I managed the end-to-end development of all PJ pieces and the entire formalwear range both critical to the season’s strong tailoring narrative. This included sourcing and managing 8 suppliers across two continents, coordinating in-house production, and responding to last-minute Creative Director requests without disrupting the runway schedule. I led fit approvals, oversaw sampling, and safeguarded design integrity while navigating an accelerated development calendar.
Deliverables included: -Complete development of all PJ and formalwear pieces, featured in almost every runway look -Cross-category coordination to ensure cohesion across tailoring and formalwear lines -On-time delivery of 100% of runway pieces, with zero compromises on craftsmanship -Representation of tailoring at the Paris W25 showroom, supporting sales and press previews -The project closed with every piece arriving on schedule, ready for the runway, and aligned with the Creative Director’s vision — a testament to disciplined execution and collaborative problem-solving.
